Specialized outsourcing

Technical personnel recruitment (drafters, engineers, programmers) to fill specific needs in SMEs (industrial subcontractors) and OEMs in Canada and the United States.

Product development

  • Development of a new projection system for antibacterial products. IND Experts produced the project specification, conceptualized a machine, then made and tested a prototype. The system includes a dedicated controller with a Web application and cloud connection. IND Experts’ engagement also includes starting the production process: manufacturing specifications, quality checkpoints, production of the first fifty units, and knowledge transfer to an American subcontractor.
  • European certification – Adaptation of a spreading machine to fit EU directive 2006/42/EC. This project includes managing the certification tests in an authorized laboratory and updating the technical papers and operating manual.

Business development

  • Business diagnosis in order to devise a development strategy aiming to secure and increase revenues. IND Experts was asked to identify technical opportunities to diversify the manufacturing process of composite materials.
  • Start-up of a business manufacturing robot cells ( IND Experts invested and recruited personnel as well as created a management and a technical team. IND Experts also worked on the market development and the financing plan. The business was established in a factory in Sherbrooke (Québec, Canada).

Innovation management

  • Technological watch – Implementation of an innovation tracking system: current state of the art, areas of development, and active players. IND Experts provided consultancy services and support during professional technical conferences.
  • Elaboration of an R&D project for the creation of automated machines to manufacture light structural parts in composite materials. IND Experts applied for government funding and established academic partnerships with Québec research centres. This project includes project planning, budgeting, and keeping up with steps and participants.
